Again I have to apologize for not posting. I AM SO SORRY! This post is about my recent trip to Spain, it was on a speaking trip as I am learning Spanish. For confidential reasons I will not be sharing any names or pictures with anyone but myself in. I went on this trip for 4.5 days, it was very exciting! On the first day, after our arrival we went to the beach and town to do some speaking activities, then we did crazy golf. The first day we didn't do much or go far as we were shattered from our long trip to Malaga, although in the evening of day 1 we were at the beach until 10 at night.
Day 2 - This day was long but very fun! We had the amazing opportunity of visiting the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the gardens were very pretty and the palace was interesting with a story to tell. It took over 2 hours to get to Granada but considering we spent most of our day there, it was worth it. After the palace we went to a local town to eat our lunch and then try the Spanish dessert, Churros con Chocolate. I was not to keen on the churros as they were fatty and greasy, some people enjoyed it though. After a long, hot day we drove back to the hotel to have our evening meal and spend another night at the beach.
Day 3 - In my opinion this was the busiest day, it was great though. We went into central Malaga to visit the Alcazaba from back when the Muslims ruled Malaga. It was very photographic with all the gardens and stunning views of Malaga. We then went into town to do souvenir shopping and lunch, I bought a few gifts for myself and family, some of the shop keepers thought I was Spanish when I started up a convocation with them After that we went to the Malaga Football Stadium. This was mainly for those who had an interest in football although some of us did not, there were some mildly interesting bits for those who weren't big footy fans like me. We then went back to the hotel but instead of going to the beach we went to Tivoli World, a theme park until past 10.
Day 4 - We started off by going to Sea Life for a couple of hours. It was interesting but I'm against keeping sea animals in tanks, I think they should be living in their natural environment. After Sea Life we went to Plaza Mayor, a shopping centre where we bought things and did bowling. In the evening we visited the beach one final time and ate our last evening meal.
Day 5 - On this day we ate breakfast, packed, went to the airport and flew home to see our family. Although it was a trip of a lifetime it was good coming home as I was missing my friends and family.
That is all I have to share with you about my incredible trip to Malaga. I have been doing a few travel posts lately, I hope you have enjoyed reading them as I may not be doing one for a while. I will leave pictures below of parts of my trip.
