Ingredients | Makes about 16 |
125 g/4 1/2 oz Light Butter eg (flora light, Bertolli)
175 g/6 oz Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
175g/6 oz Plain Flour
35 g/1 1/4 oz Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
Any Chocolate of Your Choice (I did half a White big chocolate bar and half a milk big chocolate bar.)
Lets Start Baking!
Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda and beat together until well mixed.
Your mixture now should be a sort of well a wet mixture, which is great, if not just have a quick check through.
Now Place your selected chocolate in the bowl, stir together so the chocolate is everywhere, underneath, on top, in the middle. With a big spoon scoop out the mixture split between 2 trays, in a circle/pizza shape. Put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until set. once finished leave on baking paper for 5 minutes so they cool down. Now cut into them and shape out like a pizza.

Tip: To heat up put in microwave for around 30 seconds, the chocolate will be all gooey.
